Aya Ben Amor is a visual artist whose work explores absence, memory, and the transformation of materials. Trained in fine arts and curatorial practices, she develops a unique approach where reclaimed textiles—particularly the serpillière—become both medium and narrative. Blurring the boundaries between painting and tapestry, her compositions reimagine a world where animals reclaim abandoned human spaces, shaping a new equilibrium.

Her work has been exhibited in Tunisia, France, Canada, and the United States, including at Van Der Plas Gallery in New York and Galerie Mp Trésart in Canada. A participant in the Sprint Art incubation program, she continues to push the boundaries of material and storytelling, merging ecological awareness with a contemporary, symbolic aesthetic.
